PREPARING METHOD

Take a bowl put all ingridients and marinate as well keep in refrigerator about 1 day for meat tenderization after 1 day your material is ready to cook you can prepare beef tikka on skewers/electric tandoor and also gas tandoor but the best method is prepare on coals with skewers u can serve with sauces with bread.

INGRIDIENTS AND QUANTITY
  1. Chicken 1.75 kg 16 pieces
  2. Yoghurt Half tea cup
  3. Red chilli 1 tb sp
  4. Salt 2 tb sp
  5. Ground red chilli 1 tb sp
  6. Chinese salt 3 tb sp
  7. All spice(garam masala) 1 tb sp
  8. Cumin seed 1 tb sp
  9. Rice 1 kg
  10. Tomatoes 3 medium size
  11. Onion 250 gram
  12. Ginjer garlic paste  3 tb sp
PREPARING METHOD

Soak rice in a bowl about 30 minutes take a pan heat oil and add sliced onion fry till onion golden brown then add ginjer garlic paste fry about 2 minutes then put half cup of water then again fry 2 minutes add chicken,yoghurt,spices and tomatoes and fry untill chicken tender then put the rice and water 1.25 ltr then boil till rice half tender then cover the pan and steam rice on low heat about 20 minutes after 20 minutes your chicken pulao ready to serve.
