    Ingridients and Quantity

  1. Chicken 1Kg 8 Pieces
  2. Yoghurt 2 Table Spoon
  3. Vinegar 3 Table Spoon
  4. Lemon Juice 1 Table Spoon
  5. Salt for Taste
  6. Red Chilli Powder 1 Table Spoon
  7. Red Chilli Flakes 1 Table Spoon
  8. Black Pepper Half Tea Spoon
  9. White Pepper Half Tea Spoon
  10. Soya Sauce 1 Tea Spoon
  11. Chilli Sauce 2 Tea Spoon
Preparing Method

Just Marinate all Ingriedients as well
Keep the Marniated Chicken in the Fridge for 24 Hours.

For Frying Just Add Besan(Gram Flour) Mix it Well then Fry at Medium Flame.

Ramazan Special


Ingredients and Quantity

  1. Gram Flour(Besan) 200 Grams
  2. White Wheat Flour or All pupose Flour 200 Grams
  3. Onion Finely Sliced 500 Grams
  4. Potatoes Finger Cutting 500 Grams
  5. Cabbage 1 Medium Size Finely Sliced
  6. Green Chillies 7 Medium Size Finely Sliced 
  7. Fresh Coriander Leaves 1 Bunch Finely Chopped
  8. Spinach 1 Bunch Finely Chopped
  9. Salt for taste
  10. Red Chilli 1 tb sp
  11. Crushed Chilli (Dhara Mirch) 1 tb sp
  12. Crushed Coriander Seeds (Dhara Dhania) 1 tb sp
  13. Carom Seeds (Ajwain) 1 tb sp
  14. Cumin Seeds (Zeera) 1 tb sp
  15. Baking Soda 1 tea sp
  16. Water as Required

Preparing Method

Put all Ingredients in a bowl and mix it well set aside.

For Frying

Take a Pan put Oil and Heat up keep the Flame medium then put the Mixture one by one with Your Fingers fry till Prepare Enjoy the Delicious Special Crispy Pakoras with Tomato ketchup or Green Chilli sauce.
