INGRIDIENTS AND QUANTITY
  1. Chicken 2 kg (4 pieces)
  2. Ginjer garlic paste 1 1/2 tb sp
  3. Red chilli 1 tb sp
  4. Salt For taste
  5. Ground red chilli Half tb sp
  6. Garam masala Half tb sp
  7. White vinegar 4 tb sp
  8. Black pepper half tb sp
  9. lemon juice 2 tb sp
  10. yoghurt 2 tb sp

  METHOD

Take a bowl and mix all ingridients as well an keep in fridge about 1 hour after 1 hour take the bowl out of fridge fire the coals and put the chicken pieces on skewers and make on fired coals.
