 INGRIDIENTS AND QUANTITY
  1. Meat (Boneless beef) 1 kg cut into small squares
  2. Vinegar 1/4 tea cup
  3. Salt For taste
  4. Red chilli 1/2 tb sp
  5. Ground red chilli 1/2 tb sp
  6. Ground coriander 1/2 tb sp
  7. Cumin seed 1/2 tb sp
  8. Trachyspermum(ajwain) 1/2 tb sp
  9. Yoghurt 1/4 tea cup 
  10. Ginjer/garlic paste 4 tb sp
  11. Soya sauce 4 tb sp
  12. Tikka boti masala Optional 
  13. Lemon juice 4 tb sp 
  14. Fresh Papaya (Ground) 3 tb sp
  15. Mustard oil 3 tb sp
PREPARING METHOD

Take a bowl put all ingridients and marinate as well keep in refrigerator about 1 day for meat tenderization after 1 day your material is ready to cook you can prepare beef tikka on skewers/electric tandoor and also gas tandoor but the best method is prepare on coals with skewers u can serve with sauces with bread.
