Fried Chicken Recipe in English

 INGRIDIENTS AND QUANTITY

1. Chicken 2 kg 4 pieces
2. Red chilli 1 tb sp
3. Salt for taste
4. Ginjer garlic paste 1 tb sp
5. Lemon juice 2 small lemons
6. Hotspice(garam masala)half tb sp
7. Cumin seeds(zeera) powder half tb sp
8. Coriander powder half t sp
9. Black pepper half tb sp 
10. Corn flour 1/4 kg  

 METHOD

Take a bowl put chicken pieces and all ingridients mix it well and keep in fridge about 2 hours after 2 hours take the bowl out from fridge and take another bowl and mix corn flour with water heat the oil in a  frying pan  and dip chicken pieces in the corn flour and fry  about 10 minutes on a medium heat and serve with sauces.
