  3. Ginjer garlic paste 2 tb sp

  5. Onion finely sliced

PREPARING METHOD

Take a saucepan put oil and heat up then put the the sliced onion then fry until onion brown then take it out now put the chicken in saucepan and put ginjer garlic paste then fry approximately 5 minutes then put the qorma masala and fry more 5 minutes on the other side grind tomato yogurt and fried onion then put in a saucepan now fry more 5 minutes then put 2 cups of water and then turn the flame high and wait until the water dry and curry is thick then turn the flame of your chicken qorma is ready to serve.

  8. Cumin seeds(zeera)powder half tb sp

  10. Corn flour 200 gram
  11. White flour 200 gram


        
METHOD

Take a bowl put chicken pieces  in it and mix all ingridients as well and keep in fridge about 2 hours after 2 hours take the bowl out from fridge and  take another bowl put corn flour and white flour and mix it and heat the oil on frying pan and dip chicken pieces on dry flour with both sides and put on frying pan about 10 minutes on medium heat.

Murghi ko boil karlain 1Ghanty tak  jab boil hojaey tou chotay chotay reshay kar lain or jis pani may boil kia ho usi paani may murghi chotay kiay huay reshay daalein or chinese salt kaali mirchain challi kay danay daal kar achi tarhaan chamach chalaeen or  1 bowl may cornflour may paani daal kar mix krain or soup may ahista ahista daaltay jaen or 2 anday phaint kar daalein or chamach chalaty rahain jab soup thora thick hojaey tou choolha band kardain ap ka  soup tayar hay.

  3. Salt for ur taste

  9. Corns 5 tb sp
  10. Chilli sauce

Method

Put Water In A Pan Add Chicken and Add Salt and Boil Approximately 1 Hour On The Low Flame And Turn The Heat Off  Take the Boiled Chicken And Do Fine Pieces Of Chicken And Add In the Boiled Water(Now It Is Called Soup)And Then keep Boiling Put Chinese Salt,Black Pepper Powder, Sweet Corns Mix Corn Flour In A Bowl Make A Liquid And Add Step By Step In The Soup And Keep Running The Big Spoon Because Its Got Thick If You Dont Run Spoon In A Pan And Put Also 2 Beaten Eggs And Mix It Fast With A Big Spoon When Its Thick Then Turn The Heat Off And Your Soup Is Ready To Serve.

For Serving

Take a cup of vinegar and cut thin sliced chillies and put on vinegar take chilli sauce and soya sauce and serve yourr soup with these items.
